* One to one meditation program with Nandhi- When being taken through the deeper Self with a guide, the experience is life changing, like a lamp lit within that you would happily tend to in your life's journey to evolve.
* No prior experience necessary . These advanced meditation techniques are simple but potent.
* Each meditation program is tailor-made to suit you.To enable a meditative journey that is meant specifically for you, taking into consideration your spiritual history an d what you seek at this point in  life.

*The Process: All our meditative journeys begin with laying a proper foundation of breathing techniques (pranayama), the invocation of sacred grace from the base chakra (muladhara), bandhas (yogic "locks" within to allow the inner fire to climb above), chakra activation, visualization and guidance.

What you will receive prior to our meditative journey:
- A sacred Siddhar Arakara Yantra. The Yantra is made in a sacred copper alloy and the mystical divine representation of the Siddhar mantra in sacred geometry is crafted in the ancient language, Tamil. Before the Yantra is shipped to you, a puja (a ritual) is done specifically for you on a Thursday to empower both you and the Yantra.
- You will also receive a sacred saffron turban from Thiruvannamalai that you can use for an enhanced meditation.
- SivaSivaa CD. SivaSivaa is an empowering inner journey of initiation, teachings, Siddhar mantras, pranayams (breathing techniques), visualization and awakening energies of the Siddhar Masters of South India. This CD set comes with a detailed booklet that guides with clear details of the inner-journey. The purpose of SivaSivaa is to guide you and help you practice the inner journey by yourself before or/and after you take your journey with Nandhi.
- Sacred Ash & Vermillion blessed by Nandhi's Gurus and from many temples and Siddhar shrines of India.

*Mantras: You will be initiated in extremely sacred and powerful mantras. These mantras are very simple and based in sound, rather than complicated long words. This is because, as the Siddhar Sages explain, we must be with our childlike wisdom when we meditate and our intellect is meant only for single pointed concentration with sacred sound containing the ancient Sages presence guiding us through.

* You will receive the Arakara Yantra, which has been empowered with Siddhar rituals within two weeks of placing the order. You will also receive a sacred Safron cloth (bought from Thiruvannamalai, an ancient spiritual center in South India.) You will need this while going through the meditative process, and thereafter during your meditations.

* As soon as you have received the items, you and Nandhi will plan a mutually suitable time on the days- Thursday, Saturday or Sunday- preferably the evenings (Pacific Standard Time) and you will call Nandhi by phone, or meet in person if you are local. You will receive, prior to the meditative plunge, the mantras you will be learning in an email so to make it easy to grasp when you are going through the process.
