An intense Sage who always carried those chains on his shoulders (he has a divine purpose for it). He is called Changili Swami (Changili means chains).

It is awe to watch him transform to be so powerful when he invokes the Diety, Nambi, in the ancient Siddha wilderness in the forests near Thirukurankudi.
