Yoga and the Spirit

aum

"jiva" the precious lamp in the mortal coil of the 'body'
lit as essence of "para," the infinite beyond universes

in yoga does our joy melt the body consciousness by the breath fire that is kindled from the root.

in 'chin-mudra' is the union of jiva athma and the param athman. chin mudra is the thumb connected to the index finger to invoke the union. through the asanas. through the day if our awareness permits.

picture of chinmudra

jivathma becoming paramathma
finite human transforming to be the infinite divine

so through each asana, we are reminded to connect back to the eternal energy within so the breath horses are reigned - when the surrendered mind is absorbed by the mantra resonance beyond breath as joy of becoming the source. samadhi, its sometimes called. in awareness through the guru's grace, its turiya, the perfection from beyond the mind that drives thinking

the brilliance is not a gymnast or an intellectual, but the union that is in tune with this inner melody dancing to be the source, as a bird- set free. its a beautiful river like currents of pleasures as in making love and as making love, to hold the orgasm that lies beyond breath-
the body sheath dissolved in the mind's light
love formed by the perpetual fire.

the spirit is so free of the bodily needs and yet when woken again in the earthly realms through our daily yoga,
it assumes the higher mind, the guru to guide the root's source-
to find delight in existence, our perception
our perception of past, the body
our perception of the next, the mind
our perception of the 'now' as the joy beyond the mind

when lit to recognize the potent immenseness within each miniscule in every breath, the inner joy as visions of the heart springs. blossoming job is the spirit's. this spirit is the flow from within the inner wheel.
inspired to do heart's work in earthly realms as spirit
as one ..as brilliant fire
transforming dual roles from being the divine spectator and the doer into the fulfiller
yoga is this union that 'flows'.
in divine grace.
blessed be!
