divine friends!

words still are thoughts yet the thought must be conceived, so this email you. with love as in the sacred oneness that each of us truly seek to be.

posture of the body- the spinal breath
in these sacred times of transformation is our center.
freeze!
.....check where your center of gravity is as you are reading now!
if our attention when inhaling is brought to our muladhar chakra (base/root chakra) and then a little moment of awareness in our gentle retention before the exhale, the body feel light and so the back, the spine stands erect.
the yogi knowing where the center of gravity in the body is...the muladhara,  all the time. when the center pf energy is located at the muladhara chakra, the energy gushing upward gently enables an erect spine. our awareness of breath too comes from this centering.
allowing every exhale to climb upward through the spine, enjoy rejuvenating body that is the extention of an inspired mind.

on sleep- yoga nidra
read a sacred book of intensity in wisdom just as you prepare for sleep. ensure that this is your most favourite time!
the ascent of the mind probing more for the divine as in reading, the mind state passes through the center within us that watches over the mind as a witness. now there is the two- the mind that reads and that beyond the mind, the witness finding profoundness.

when reading a sacred book before you sleep notice the mind and the silent enjoyer, the supreme-self, the witness. allowing the tired mind to collapse while reading, the physical eye falls to sleep- be aware of the body falling away from the 'mind'. due to the interest and joy of wanting more of the divine, the  'eye' beyond the mind awakens the physical eye a couple of times, prodding it  awaken. tease the human mind as it carries the body awareness.
stirring our mind to awake, allow the divine self to wake the mind and the eyes till we know we are ready to let the 'sleep' experience as total final surrender pass through the 'mind'.

now so ready to enjoy the sacred breath of the deathlike surrender, let go, closing your eye. witness deep sleep pass through the body and mind.
into a death like surrender.
no dreams, no thoughts... perhaps just before waking up in the morning.. a few thoughts like shrine bells riinging to wake us up to another glorious day!

on the question of future for each- the meditative state of now that holds the seed of accomplishment-
sometimes we are conditioned into a vessel driven by familiarity and in this familiarity is the sacred duty of being happy plucked away by  the disease of monotony. looking upward to thank the divine farmer- imagine ourselves as the sacred seed sprouting in the synchrony of time. change is in every minute. the farmer does the nourishment job as we sprout and our job is be be happy and in the knowing that we are evolving in divine perfection.

setting into motion the most powerful mantra essence of gratitude... thank the divine for all that is perfect in its many ways already. in this imperfection of maya is still maya, the goddess of reality that is perfect.
within our daily life is still the body that we are in that is subjected to breath in limited numbers but an enormous purpose to accomplish. utilize meditation to climb up above to the peak within and  be witness to enjoy the large picture and here, our true purpose is revealed. in this state is the larger dream that comes from void to know- as did mahatma gandhi, nelson mandela, swami vivekananda, sri paramahamsa yogananda, raja raja chola and all others who attained the duties of human birth so to set into motion happiness for all.
enjoy the sacred breeze of freedom above... thoughtless grace of knowing and the calm mind holding the divine seed.
come downstairs with a calm mind.
in the calm of the mind, allowing the inspiring thoughts to take form, write and manifest.
by writing we are bringing into the human reality the supreme energies that are ego free and meant to evolve while being a part of the sacred geometry of divine perfection.

in the workplace, planning the day-

write in points, bundled in together as 6-  so that there is energy in thoughts and the energy brought together to accomplish an idea.  the six dimensional form of thought carries its momentum.

dividing the page to equal four as a line vertical and horizontal, draw the two lines through the center of the page.

now you have 4 boxes.

allocate thought so to build the foundation of the muladhara chakra- the four directions, the primal energy at the basic level of human perception.

in each of the box, include among the 6 points or several six points, atleast a single thought of dharma. dharma means a good thought that brings happiness to others. this sets into motion the subtle energies of giving and receiving.

top left side of the page- for work to be done today in bundles of 6

top righ t side of the page- work which you wish to accomplish but seemingly not possible to be accomplished this day..

lower left side of the page- small or challenging little bothersome work to be done that is burdening your mind- call to an old friend, an apology owed etc

lower right of the page- the long term strategic goals/hopes of your heart.

now allow the sacred day to unfold with mind working effectively as a tool rather than as the doer!

applying the sacred void mind's thoughts in a geometric pattern of the ancient guru of kundalini, who is called skandanatha, blossom to be in a position to do good dharma.

beyond the intellect that expresses deep words is the wisdom that has surrendered to allow the flow of dharma and its purpose. dharma inspires the new age to overflow in abundance, evolve us to be angels so to experience heaven here for ourselves and others.

experiencing the joy within as bliss and the eternal moment of now, stop thoughts and enjoy being the witness as One!

the sacred blossoming of love, joy and fulfillment to each of you!
